2.1 Prohibited Content: To ensure a safe and respectful environment, the following types of content are strictly prohibited on Studyfy:

  • Pornography and Explicit Material: No pornography, sexually explicit content, or nudity.
  • Violence and War: No glorification or promotion of violence, war, or physical harm.
  • Hate Speech and Discrimination: No hate speech, discrimination, or prejudice based on personal attributes.
  • Self-Harm and Suicide: No promotion or depiction of self-harm or suicide.
  • Illegal Activities: No content promoting illegal activities (drug use, human trafficking, cybercrime, etc.).

2.2 Review Process: Our team reviews reported content within 24 hours and may ban or suspend the user, delete content, or take other actions as needed. We analyze user-generated content daily to ensure compliance.

2.3 Reporting Mechanism: Users can report violating content via a quick reporting feature on the platform.

2.4 Appeals: Users can appeal decisions made about their content via a fair and transparent process.

2.5 Consequences for Violations: If more than one guideline is broken, an immediate ban may result. Lesser violations may incur temporary suspensions or content deletion.

14. USE OF GOOGLE CALENDAR DATA

Our application integrates with Google Calendar to enhance scheduling by allowing event creation, syncing, and updates in both Studyfy and Google Calendar.

Data Collection: We access your Google Calendar data via OAuth 2.0, collecting event titles, dates, descriptions, attendees, etc.

Purpose of Data Usage: Ensures accurate event reflection in Google Calendar and seamless syncing.

Data Sharing: We do not share your Google Calendar data with third parties except as required by law or to deliver our service.

Data Storage: We store your Google Calendar data securely on our servers in encrypted format as long as your account is active or until you revoke access.

User Control: Revoke our app's access in your Google Account settings at any time. You may request deletion of stored data by contacting [email protected].

Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect Google Calendar data (e.g., encryption, access controls).
